We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to shape and scale our digital strategies to accelerate growth, drive awareness, and expand our reach. This new role is built for a data-savvy creative who thrives at the intersection of innovation, performance marketing, and member-centric storytelling.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to launch impactful campaigns, manage our digital presence, and bring creative and strategic depth to paid media, search, and lifecycle marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize website content and landing pages for organic search performance, improving visibility and enhancing lead generation efforts
  • Lead website strategy and content management to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences that drive measurable business results
  • Drive integrated search and paid media strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social and digital advertising
  • Use audience segmentation and analytics to personalize experiences and drive conversions
  • Leverage marketing automation to nurture leads and engage members across their lifecycle
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to implement SEO
  • Leverage HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise to optimize content, implement tracking tags, and ensure optimal layout and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including omni-channel campaign management
  • Expertise in GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEO, SEM, PPC, media placement, and KPI tracking
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • WordPress or Webflow proficiency
  • Knowledge of ADA/WCAG compliance
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and project management software
  • Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma experience
  • Analytical, collaborative, and creatively curious
