Role Summary
This position oversees a group of retail locations and ensures they consistently deliver strong customer service, achieve sales targets, maintain profitability, and follow operational and merchandising standards. The role is accountable for driving revenue, managing margins and labor, and controlling district-level expenses. It also ensures that company initiatives and programs are properly implemented across all stores.
