Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze legal documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues. Utilize document review software (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, or similar platforms) to code and tag documents. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in document review. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to project-specific protocols and deadlines. Identify and escalate potential issues or inconsistencies in document sets. Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1 year of experience in document review or legal support roles. Proficiency with Relativity or other eDiscovery/document review platforms. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with large-scale litigation or regulatory investigations. Familiarity with privilege review and issue coding. Experience working with remote legal teams.
