Rescon Basement Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Carpenter for our projects in the Greater Manchester and Lakes Region area. What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead installers perform on-site installations with expertise and precision. Projects include custom homes and remodels.
• Supervising and mentoring a small team of 1-3 apprentices.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in framing, siding, windows & doors, siding, minor masonry and concrete.
• Experience with poured concrete and fieldstone foundations.
• OSHA 10 certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
