Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, and general plant maintenance and repair with a focus on production machinery and mechanical systems. The maintenance department is responsible for all equipment and well as building facilities and systems.
For mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems, investigate and diagnose causes of breakdowns and develop solutions to reduce or eliminate future occurrences.
PLC troubleshooting, 3 phase motors, electrical circuits
Coordinate with manufacturing on the scheduling of down time for repair and maintenance
Drive improvements that result in reduced downtime and improved efficiency.
Manage spare parts inventory and source components, parts and equipment as needed.
