You’ll lead high-impact email marketing campaigns across four distinct health-related business lines: virtual pharmacy, membership-based medical services, pay-per-visit options, and a health benefit connector. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute weekly email marketing campaigns from planning to deployment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop HTML templates and campaign flows; manage campaign creation, testing, peer/manager reviews, and bar-raising QA processes. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribes. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and ongoing data analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with managers and peers to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Report performance insights and propose 3–5 tactical tests/experiments per cycle. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data security standards. Tools used: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Asana, Quip, Knak (new platform—training provided), and HTML/CSS for email builds. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related marketing function. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.). Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization. Strong understanding of deliverability, CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations, and email best practices. Proficient in data reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a weekly cycle. Comfortable working in fast-moving environments and shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications: 3–4+ years of experience in email marketing. Prior experience in the healthcare or medical industry. Previous experience working in a startup or with a major tech company. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance. Team Culture & Work Style: Small, agile team of 3 (and growing!)
