What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage Email/SMS marketing initiatives using platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive
Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
Prepare data reports to track campaign performance and insights
Engage in copywriting and content creation, including blog writing
Utilize Litmus for email testing and optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):

1-2 years of experience in Email/SMS marketing
Proficiency in Klaviyo and Attentive platforms
Strong analytical skills for data reporting and A/B testing
Experience in copywriting and content creation is a plus
Familiarity with Litmus is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in the beauty industry
Additional knowledge of digital marketing strategies
Creative skills in content creation beyond copywriting
Familiarity with other email marketing tools and software
