POSITION: Energy Captain (Red Bull Sales Manager)
PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
The Energy Captain is responsible for leading and developing the Sales and Merchandising team, daily within assigned territories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
• Meet with employees as needed to improve performance and coach
• Within each account, merchandise all Red Bull products within RBNA and GDH standards.
• Assist in unloading and loading of trucks to and from EBM Warehouse
• Assist in managing the POS areas and POS deployment
• Conduct Weekly and Monthly meetings with the Salesteams
• Cover open Sales Routes and conduct POWER Coaching with Sales routes
• Load/unload and place Red Bull refrigeration equipment and metal merchandising racks in accounts.
• Ensure all paper and permanent Point of Sale is utilized in the proper manner and quantity.
• Ensure that proper rotation of product is completed on each merchandising call in accordance with GDH and RBNA standards.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the owners, managers, and employees of your assigned accounts.
• Be aware of all competitive activity and opportunities to increase sales in your assigned accounts.
• Assist on Salesroutes where needed as sales require
• Obey all GDH Company policies, while acting in a professional manner in all accounts.
• Complete all required training courses and proper daily clocking in and out
• Dress and maintain personal appearance in a professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Always practice safe work habits.
• Report all accidents and injuries to immediate supervisors immediately.
• Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of GDH.
• Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or a minimum industry related experience which includes:
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License in assigned State (CDL Class D in Mississippi)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work extra hours when needed.
• Outgoing personality and social skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
