Job Description
:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning and coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of various events, ensuring smooth logistics and exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for event management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing corporate and private events
Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, vendor communication, and scheduling
Support event managers in maintaining timelines and budgets
Prepare and organize event materials and promotional assets
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Assist with on-site event coordination, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Maintain detailed records of event activities and post-event reports
Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and new event trends to enhance offerings
Skills & Qualifications
:
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
