Job Description
Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding experiences for attendees. This role requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of company events.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and scheduling.
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare event materials, including presentations, guest lists, and promotional items.
Support event registration and manage attendee inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with company goals.
Ensure smooth on-site event operations, including setup and post-event breakdown.
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting related to events.
Qualifications
and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in event coordination or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
