Excavator Operator
Merit Asphalt, located in Southeastern Wisconsin, is actively seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for the 2024 season.  *We are now offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for an experienced Excavator Operator!


Requirements:

• 3+ Years experience in excavation. Asphalt & Concrete experience is preferred.
• Able to shoot grades and read/understand blueprints
• Ability to work with grading foreman, and crew of 3-4 co-workers
• CDL with trailer endorsement preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history

Starting Wages:  

• Top pay in the industry. $35-$45/hour depending on experience
