We are seeking an Executive And Personal Assistant To Influencer And Designer to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the CEO, including calendar management, day to day assisting with social media and influencer campaigns. The role requires the ability to interact and communicate effectively in a fast-pace environment, remain flexible proactive, resourceful, effective and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. You will need to demonstrate the ability to complete tasks and assignments with minimal supervision in a detail-oriented, process driven, reliable manner in line with the business activities and goals

Hourly: $20-$35 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative needs of Executive
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Pick up packages, unboxing, breaking down packages
• Steaming, hanging, folding, organizing samples and products
• Manage dressing samples and coordinate returns
• Research social media trends and opportunities
• Assist in brand and personal content shooting
• Assist in social media editing
• Assist in content and graphic creation
• Maintain and order supplies

• Okay working in a solo environment and be a self-starter
• Tech savvy and quick learner with new systems
• Strong organizational skills

• Prior event, marketing management and/or graphic designing experience preferred
• Prior social media marketing experience preferred
