Job description
Our client, a global alternative asset manager, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support a Head of a client-facing group and their team. This role will be in the office up to 4 days a week and is offering a base salary of up to $125k, paid overtime, and a discretionary bonus.
Responsibilities
· Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and off-sites.
· Arrange complex travel plans, including roadshows.
· Compose detailed itineraries and handle necessary travel documents.
· Prepare agendas, letters, memos, and other routine correspondence.
· Handle invoice processing and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of executive support out of financial services.
· Demonstrates strong initiative and accountability, maintaining a proactive approach to tasks.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating attention to detail.
· Knowledge of expense management tools (Concur) and travel logistics.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
