We provide onsite food and beverage services to a Fortune 20 Oil and Gas Company's Global Headquarters in West Houston. We are looking to add an Executive Chef/Executive Catering Chef to our team! This position will lead our diverse on-site food and beverage operations as well as be responsible for Executive Level Meals and Catering. This is not an average executive chef position. We get to use super premium ingredients to create high end meals that are served to our discerning C-Suite clients. Requirements Requirements, but not limited to: This position requires experience in Leadership, Management, demanding Accountability and a high degree of Training and Teaching abilities, to lead the entire team to success (highest product quality, highest productivity output, complying with all food safety rules and regulations). Qualifications: Must possess strong culinary skills in both hot and cold preparations. Must possess a Food Protection Manager Certification and registration with the City of Houston. Three 3+ years hands on experience as an Executive Chef within a high volume and complex operation of a similar size. Experienced in management of production sequences Complete knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs and food industry standards. Knowledge in controlling food & labor costs, planning based on volume forecasts Ability to cultivate working relationships with customers. Proficient in IT use, e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc. Availability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be an effective communicator in a multi-cultural workforce. Can easily adapt to change. Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus. Abby's Catering
