We are seeking an ambitious Executive Search Consultant / Recruiter for our Arlington, TX office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
• Proven success in either business to business sales and an insatiable desire to succeed.
• Successfully develop client relationships over the telephone and thrive on speaking to new people and the challenge of selling their services.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a high degree of initiative and urgency.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn, and other social media; and/or Job boards
• Internet Researching and Knowledge of Boolean language is highly required, but not a requirement.
• Must have the ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications/tools;
• Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions/members of team.
• Strong organizational and planning skills are essential to the success of this individual.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, professionalism with experience using general Microsoft Office Skills.
