Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled carpenter with strong experience in commercial construction. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and can step up to lead when needed. Advancement opportunities available for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform commercial framing, trim, doors, and general carpentry
Assist with layout, prep, and jobsite organization
Work alongside and support foreman and team leads
Help maintain quality, safety, and pace on active jobsites
Communicate with crew and subs as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of carpentry experience (commercial strongly preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to follow direction and take initiative
Reliable transportation and work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team environment
Preferred:
Experience with tenant improvement projects
Ability to read and interpret basic plans
Light leadership or crew coordination experience
