Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Types of Cases: 90% adult | 10 % pediatrics
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Requirements: Board Certification and Active Arizona license
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
