Job Title: Fence Installation and Repair Technician
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Position: Independent Contractor (1099 or W2)
Pay Rate: $50/hr+

Job Description:
As a Fence Installation and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chainlink, steel, pasture, aluminum, concrete, and composite. Your expertise will ensure that each job is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
In addition to installation and repair, there will be opportunities for you to generate leads during the course of your work, earning sales bonuses. You will work closely with our sales team to discuss job details, provide solutions to meet customer needs, and ensure the satisfaction of every client.

Key Responsibilities:
· Install and repair a variety of fences (wood, vinyl, chainlink, steel, pasture, aluminum, concrete, composite).
· Perform fence repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency.
· Generate leads while performing installations/repairs.
· Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and job requirements.
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
· 1-3 years of fencing experience (all styles) OR 1 year of construction, landscaping, home repair, or handyman experience.
· Growth mindset: hungry, humble, and smart.
· Valid driver's license and 21+ years old.
· Own tools and equipment for installations/repairs.
