RemX is seeking a Field Service Engineer on behalf of a leading U.S. manufacturer in the process combustion industry. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits, exciting travel, and a team that values initiative, humor, and a job well done.

What You’ll Do

• Provide on-site service and troubleshooting for combustion equipment in manufacturing environments.
• Tune burners, calibrate controls, and ensure safe operation of complex systems.
• Build and install burner management panels and fuel trains.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier technical support.
• Assist with engineering upgrades and safety enhancements.
• Travel throughout the U.S. to support a growing client base.

What You Bring

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field).
• Electrical proficiency—able to read schematics and handle power wiring.
• Solid mechanical knowledge—comfortable working with tools, machinery, and system layouts.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Natural curiosity and a strong desire to solve problems and learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Must be able to reliably commute to Sunman, IN or plan to relocate prior to start.

Travel: 50% domestic (air and ground)
