Your Responsibilities:

We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. If you're eager to grow and help shape a team culture where sharing ideas and continuously improving is key, this role is for you.

• Book ocean freight shipments, collaborating with our teams abroad to secure the best carriers for our clients;
• Manage the pre- and post-shipping processes across all transport modes;
• Prepare and create shipping documents, including customs clearance orders;
• Communicate with clients, service providers, and AsstrA offices in both English and Russian:
• Complete all logistics and shipping paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

What We Expect:

• Around 2 years of experience in ocean freight;
• Fluent in both Russian and English;
• A genuine interest in growing AsstrA's presence in the U.S. and globally;
• A hands-on mentality, willing to tackle new challenges head-on;
• A strong drive to contribute and develop yourself professionally;
• The ability to work within a team to resolve problems and take responsibility;
• Proactive work ethic and a desire to achieve results.
