DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Freight Forwarder, Export in Perth. The position is responsible for arranging and directing the transportation and shipment of export consignments from origin to destination by compiling, completing and verifying required documents in accordance with company policy and procedure and external body regulations. Your typical day at DSV: Manage export consignments, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet customer expectations and KPIs. Collaborate with the Export team to maintain quality and accuracy. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers. Problem-solve logistics challenges with airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, and co-loaders. Enter and manage data in CW1 accurately and efficiently. Plan and prioritize export shipments to meet deadlines and milestones. Calculate invoice costings, GST, and weight/space allocations. Support the Senior Team Lead & Manager with tasks and projects as required. About you: Strong communicator with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy, with experience using logistics software for shipment tracking and documentation. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Proven experience in export logistics, including trade regulations and customs procedures.
