Full-charge Bookkeeper

Overview of the Full-charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash flow, invoice customers, and prepare weekly check runs
• Reconcile bank accounts, GL accounts, and credit card statements
• Process weekly in-house payroll
• Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and GL adjustments
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules

Preferred Qualifications for the Full-Charge Bookkeeper:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum four years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Thorough knowledge of financial statements, balance sheets, trial balances, and fixed assets

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Warsaw, IN.

Salary: $43,600 - $63,600 depending on experience
