⚡ Full Stack Engineer (Engineer #3!)

🚀 FinTech Lending – Series A

🌍 NYC (Flatiron District) or Boston (Downton Crossing) – Hybrid, 3 days in office

💸 Competitive Salary ($130K - $160K base) + Bonus + Equity options

Our client is a next-gen financial infrastructure company rapidly scaling following a successful Series A raise. They build the backbone for franchise and multi-location operators, offering lending for acquisition, build-out, remodels, and refinancing, zero-fee charge cards with cash-back rewards, and expense management tailored to multi-unit operators. With offices in Boston and NYC, they foster a collaborative in-office culture and are seeking exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join their journey and contribute to their mission.

Responsibilities:

• Build, design, implement, and scale the platform that moves millions of dollars, working closely with the senior engineer and CTO.
• Develop wireframes, architecture, and technical solutions end-to-end.
• Stay hands-on with coding while contributing to key technical and product decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI tooling, to improve the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to align technical decisions with business goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ YoE Strong experience with Rails and full-stack development.
• Experience working in highly secure environments.
• Experience with agentic AI and AI tooling.
• Hustler mindset - fast, persistent, and outcome-driven.
• Self-starter - able to make decisions on what to ship based on the roadmap with minimal supervision.
• Obsessed with winning and building, with a strong sense of ownership.
