SUMMARY
CLASSIC CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF SOUTH CHARLOTTE is hiring for a Receptionist to join our team! Are you looking for an opportunity where you can grow your career? Are you a hyper-organized individual with experience working in customer service? Are you passionate about delivering a unique customer experience? If you answered yes, we want to talk to you! The hours would be 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and with an hour lunch break.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct incoming phone calls to proper people / departments
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Stocking in New Vehicles.
- Keeping coffee made and customer provided snacks filled.

- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
