We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Game Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee game development processes, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality gaming experiences. You will be instrumental in guiding the team through various development stages, from concept to launch and beyond.

OBJECTIVES

  • Facilitate agile production processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, mortems, and roadmap alignment;

  • Maintain clear, consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting project status;

  • Define and track milestones and goals, ensuring project management tools are accurate and up-to-date;

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, actively managing and resolving risks and roadblocks;

  • Promote creative problem-solving and continuous process improvement;

  • Ensure the sustainable and timely delivery of game projects and content with high-quality standards.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Excel;

  • Ability to scale production processes effectively for varying team sizes and project scopes;

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external teams;

  • Deep understanding of game development processes, including pre-production, production, and live operations;

  • Proven ability to solicit and integrate team feedback for continuous improvement;

  • Passionate, detail-oriented, and highly motivated team player.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Producer or Game Designer within the gaming industry;

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, project management, computer science, or a related field preferred;

  • Experience managing live-service game projects highly preferred;

  • Pluses: Certification or advanced training in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

  • Super Pluses: F2P mobile game production and live events productions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work;

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
