The General Labor position is responsible for supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to read and follow a sequence of instructions and perform a variety of manual and machine-assisted tasks. Key responsibilities include:

• Read and follow work instructions accurately.
• Lift up to 20 lbs. as needed during the shift.
• Push two buttons simultaneously using both hands to operate equipment safely.
• Grip and install small clips as part of the assembly process.
• Use hands or feet to activate machinery.
• Enter quality measurements using a computer tablet.
• Use simple gauges to verify part specifications.
• Listen carefully, follow directions, and maintain attention to detail.
• Demonstrate respect and teamwork with fellow employees.
