About the Role As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brewery’s operations. You’ll lead a talented team, ensure exceptional service, and uphold our commitment to quality, innovation, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet business goals. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, brewery activities, staffing, and financial performance. Guest Experience: Maintain and enhance the high standards of service and hospitality that define the 49th State Brewing experience. Community Engagement: Represent the brand and build relationships within the local and tourist communities. Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas, events, and strategies to drive guest engagement and revenue growth. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in restaurant, brewery, or hospitality management, preferably in high-volume environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A passion for craft beer, great food, and creating memorable guest experiences. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Ability to thrive in a seasonal and dynamic environment, adapting to the unique challenges of Alaska’s hospitality industry. Experience with Toast, SpontOn Teamworks, and ADP is a plus!
