Title: Graphic Designer – Marketing Creative
Location : Ogden, UT (Hybrid – 4 days/week in office)

About the Role
HydroJug is seeking a graphic designer with 2–3 years of experience who’s excited to work fast, stay close to culture, and design clean, conversion-friendly creative across digital channels. You’ll work on everything from paid ad graphics and social media content to email layouts and brand moments that require taste and speed. This is not an agency role. You’ll be close to the action, building for launches that matter, and working within a lean team that’s proven it can punch above its weight.
What You’ll Do
● Design marketing assets for social (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), email, paid media, web, and product launches
● Collaborate with the creative team to bring seasonal campaigns and product stories to life
● Help evolve and maintain HydroJug’s visual identity across platforms
● Translate product and campaign strategy into high-performing visual content
● Work within campaign frameworks
● Deliver creative quickly, with minimal back-and-forth and a high standard of quality
● Adapt existing graphics across multiple formats and placements
What You Bring
● 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in-house at a consumer brand or
creative agency
● Strong portfolio with examples of social, paid, and email design
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus for motion design or light video editing skills)
● Understanding of how content performs across different platforms (especially social and paid media)
● High taste level, strong layout and typography skills
● Ability to design fast while maintaining brand consistency and polish
Bonus Points If You
● Have experience in DTC or CPG brands with fast marketing cycles
● Are fluent in current trends, memes, platform best practices, and visual culture
● Can work collaboratively with marketing and creative leads but also own design delivery independently
