Head Swim Team Coach Salary: $43,888 - $50,000

Head Swim Team Coach Hours: Flexible based on practice and meet times (Full Time)

Head Swim Team Coach Responsibilities:

Oversee and develop age group swim teams while supporting the Association Director of Competitive Aquatics
Coaches all levels and age groups of the competitive aquatics teams
Design and implement practices and workout schedules
Maintain communication with athletes and families
Provide on and off deck leadership and enthusiasm to team members

Head Swim Team Coach Qualifications:

1+ years experience coaching competitive swimming
Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
YMCA USA Coaching Certification (training provided)
Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development, Physical Education, Sports Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred
1+ years experience teaching swim lessons preferred
1+ years experience managing staff preferred
