This role requires expertise in operating Bobcats/Skid Steers with attachments and Mini Excavators for demolition and grading projects in residential and commercial construction. Key Responsibilities - Operate Bobcats/Skid Steers with attachments and Mini Excavators safely and efficiently.
- Perform demolition of residential and commercial structures with precision.
- Read and follow project schedules, timelines, and job specifications.
- Maintain a high level of safety, productivity, and efficiency on job sites.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time.
- Follow oral and written instructions for project execution.
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance, including overtime when needed.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications - Proven experience operating Bobcats, Skid Steers, and Mini Excavators.
- Background in demolition for residential and commercial properties.
- Grading experience and ability to read grading plans (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, with Saturday availability when required.
