We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend to all areas of our homes. The goal is to enhance the customer experience by keeping our homes in clean and orderly condition.

JOB SUMMARY: Cleans homes, removes trash, makes beds and installs amenities. Also cleans common areas and corridors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

  • Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all Associates
  • Stocks home with linen, terry and amenities
  • Removes trash and debris from homes
  • Cleans tubs, toilets and floors
  • Cleans kitchen, living room, guest house, pool area, den, wet bar, etc.
  • Wipes down vanities and clean mirrors
  • Sanitizes rest rooms and sprays air freshener in bedroom areas
  • Strips beds and removes terry and linens
  • Makes bed and straighten furniture
  • Dusts furniture and TV’s
  • Checks light builds and replaces burnt out ones
  • Programs TV’s when necessary
  • Helps in laundry and housekeeping department when necessary
  • Vacuums carpets and hallways, in addition to mopping
  • Clean/organize patio furniture
  • Places laundry bag for dirty linen out for pick-up
  • Turns in lost and found items to manager
  • Writes work orders for maintenance items in need of repair via app
  • Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Will be able to work varied shifts – i.e., days, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Has their own vehicle and willing to drive to each home
  • Works remotely at each home location as directed by Supervisor
  • Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
  • Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables
  • Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
  • May be asked to handle other duties as assigned
