Job Title: HR Administrator

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our Team Member Care team. This role will primarily focus on a file digitization project, converting and organizing physical HR records into a secure digital format. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. In addition to the digitization project, you will support a variety of HR functions, including Workday, Kronos timekeeping, leave of absence management, internal audits, and other general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, scan, and digitize HR files with precision and accuracy.
Ensure all records meet compliance and data privacy standards.
Provide administrative support for HR systems including Workday and Kronos.
Assist with HR processes such as leave of absence, audits, data entry, and record maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and provide excellent internal customer service.
Participate in other HR initiatives and special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in HR, administrative support, or customer care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday or other HR information systems.
Knowledge of time, attendance, or benefits administration systems.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Proven problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
