Evaluate existing processes and recommend automation or streamlining opportunities. Support the design and analysis of employee surveys (e.g., engagement, onboarding, exit). Stay current on trends in people analytics, technology, and the future of work practices. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Data Analytics, preferably in the financial services or highly regulated industry. Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with R or Python is a strong plus. Hands-on experience working with data from HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll, ATS, or LMS platforms. Preferred: Experience supporting DEI initiatives through data analytics. Knowledge of employee lifecycle metrics and best practices. Familiarity with compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1, AAP) and HR data privacy regulations. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments. Clear and confident communicator with the ability to “tell the story” behind the data.
