Our client, a dynamic organization in the HR sector, is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various team initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Assistant - 90 Day Assignment

Location: Green River, WY

Pay Range: $25/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Assisting with payroll processing, ensuring accurate employee data and documentation, and answering employee inquiries related to benefits.
• Supporting employee relations initiatives, assisting with conflict resolution, and acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Providing administrative support to the HR department, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
• Assisting with posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality.

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (Human Resources Information Systems).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
