• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating attention to detail and meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Operate specialized equipment to clean air delivery systems and blow insulation into non-air-conditioned spaces.
• Install low-voltage accessories to enhance air quality, including UV lights and electronic filters.
• Apply radiant barriers and achieve required insulation R-values while adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Ensure every job meets quality standards with minimal callbacks and thorough documentation, including photos and customer signatures.
• Maintain and responsibly care for company equipment, ensuring proper function and cleanliness after each job.

• Two years' HVAC INSTALLER EXPERIENCE
• EPA Type II certification; TDLR
• Must be over 18 years old
• Work authorization and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring, and performing duct cleaning tasks preferred.
