Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating attention to detail and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Operate specialized equipment to clean air delivery systems and blow insulation into non-air-conditioned spaces.
Install low-voltage accessories to enhance air quality, including UV lights and electronic filters.
Apply radiant barriers and achieve required insulation R-values while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Ensure every job meets quality standards with minimal callbacks and thorough documentation, including photos and customer signatures.
Maintain and responsibly care for company equipment, ensuring proper function and cleanliness after each job.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Two years' HVAC INSTALLER EXPERIENCE
EPA Type II certification; TDLR
Must be over 18 years old
Work authorization and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring, and performing duct cleaning tasks preferred.
