Pay Range: $20.00 to $40.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials, with piece work options available

Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical insurance for the employee with buy-up options available, additional dental and vision options available, 401K with company match, paid holidays, vacation, uniforms, tool and boot account, and take-home vehicle (with valid driver's license and insurable driving record)

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with OT depending on seasonality

What You'll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Perform system start-ups and ensure all installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure seamless system operations.
• Educate customers on system functionality and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
