Salary: 220K-260K Base (based upon experience level) + discretionary bonus

The firm manages approximately $3.0 billion in assets across various institutional discretionary, commingled funds (opportunistic and core-plus), as well as several joint ventures. The firm is headquartered in Los Angeles with 4 other offices and over 100 employees. The firms main focus is distressed, turn-around opportunities with heavy repositioning or lease up.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The In-House Counsel shall be responsible for providing support and advising on all real estate related matters including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, lease documents, construction documents, title documents, various vendor contracts, etc. This role is an in-office role located in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. The In-House Counsel shall be reporting directly to the Assistant General Counsel.
