Our client, a highly successful and rapidly growing private international financial company, is going public. They seek a well-trained public company securities attorney to join their in-house legal department in Chicago as counsel. This position will work closely with the General Counsel, IR, HR, and corporate communications on general corporate transactions and governance with an emphasis on managing SEC reporting, reviewing communications, ensuring compliance by officers and directors with insider trading policies and reporting requirements, and overseeing security aspects of executive compensation and employee benefit plans.
