High Net Worth Insurance Producer

Greater Denver Metro Area (must hold an active Colorado P&C license) $65,000 – $80,000 base + bonuses (up to 30% additional earning potential) + full benefits

Our client, a nationally recognized and fast-growing insurance group, is seeking a motivated High Net Worth Insurance Producer to expand their retail property & casualty business. This is a chance to work in a thriving and stable industry with long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Drive growth by cultivating referrals from existing clients, partner networks, and internal agency channels.
• Sell and service High Net Worth personal lines policies with top-tier carriers.
• Build strong relationships with centers of influence (wealth managers, CPAs, attorneys, high-value real estate brokers).
• Provide a concierge-level client experience, including onboarding, renewals, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal service teams to maximize referrals, retention, and overall client satisfaction.
• Meet performance goals in-office, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once established.

What You Bring

• Required:
• Active Colorado P&C license
• 3+ years of property & casualty insurance sales experience
• Proven ability to build and retain client relationships
• Preferred:
• Familiarity with EZLynx agency management system (experience is a plus but not required; training provided)
• Insurance designations (CIC, CISR, CRM, CPCU, etc.)
• Experience with High Net Worth client accounts and specialty carriers

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to 30% of base salary
