Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Inventory Control Planner in Everett/Kirkland, WA

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Everett/Kirkland, WA

Schedule: Multiple Schedules

• Everett

Sun–Wed 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Wed–Sat 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Sun–Wed 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

Wed–Sat 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

• Kirkland

Back Half: Wed–Sat 5:00 PM–3:30 AM

Doughnut: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri

Pay rate: $25-$28/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Handle materials accurately and efficiently for the production and manufacturing teams
• Utilize SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary software systems for material transactions
• Document and report system issues and process inefficiencies
• Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites
• Support team training and development
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand carts, and if certified, forklift and/or electric pallet jacks)
• Contribute to SOP improvements and safety procedures

Requirements:

• 1+ year inventory management, warehouse, and associate buyer.
• 2–3 years WAREHOUSE + SAP/ERP experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Familiarity with warehouse systems or ERP tools
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to adapt and grow with evolving procedures
• Ability to perform physical labor: standing, bending, climbing, stooping, pulling, pushing
• Comfortable with repetitive movement and working in fast-paced environments
• Weekend availability required, depending on assigned shift
