WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As the John Deere Service Department Manager, you will be responsible for supervising service department personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining departmental profitability. You'll also monitor technician performance and oversee the hiring, development, and retention of technical personnel. Physical capabilities are important as well, as you may need to lift 50 lbs and work in diverse weather conditions.
