Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally across Meta and Google platforms. You’ll support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns and contribute to organic brand growth through content and events. This is a high-growth opportunity in a nimble team where your impact will be visible from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels
• Assist with ad creative coordination, copywriting, and asset testing
• Monitor ad performance and provide weekly reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and showroom teams to align messaging and campaigns
• Help coordinate local showroom events and track geo-targeted performance
• Contribute to content calendars, email campaigns, and basic SEO tasks
• Assist with lead tracking and CRM updates

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a performance marketing or paid media role
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, or Video)
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and reports
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Based in or willing to commute to the SF Bay Area (hybrid/occasional showroom visits)
• Bonus: experience in home, interiors, or DTC brands; familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, or similar tools
