What You Bring to the Table 

As the Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for executing and managing residential and light commercial installations. In addition to doing high-quality installs, you will also manage and develop Install Helpers. 

Does this sound like you?

• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• You are EPA Certified and have at least 6 years of HVAC installation experience. You have demonstrated a strong performance record in the HVAC industry throughout your career and your actions with previous employers.
• You’re a good problem solver with experience installing various HVAC systems. 
• You have residential installation experience with equipment such as split systems with heat pumps of straight cool; horizontal or vertical air handlers; package systems, smart thermostats, and various Indoor air quality (IAQ) equipment. 
• You have commercial installation experience including, but not limited to, rooftop units, chiller, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, Energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), dehumidifiers, and duct systems. 
• You are competent with reading mechanical drawings, schematics, and project plans to confirm the HVAC scope of work and verify the bill of materials required for a job. 

· You have experience with load testing and balancing ventilation systems.

• You have experience working with a General Contractor and other trade professionals to complete a commercial construction project. 
• You have experience managing technicians, installation teams, or employees to work efficiently on multiple projects. 
• You always take pride in your work. You like to do things right and would rather focus on quality than speed. 
• You follow industry standards, codes, and procedures to pass mechanical permit inspections. 
• You are friendly with strong communication skills that enable you to connect quickly with customers. You like to go after the sale and earn 5-star reviews. 
• You are trustworthy and reliable - people trust you in their home!
• You are ambitious and want the opportunity to grow your skills and career faster than in previous companies you’ve worked with.
• NATE certification and experience with Service Titan are not required but highly recommended.
