Are you passionate about helping others and ready to grow your career in insurance? We're partnering with a respected client in the insurance industry to find driven professionals for an exciting Customer Service Center role.
In this position, you’ll support independent agents and their clients, helping protect what matters most with personalized Property & Casualty (P&C) solutions. Whether you thrive in a home office or prefer the buzz of an in-person team, we offer the flexibility to work how you work best.
What You’ll Do
✔️ Deliver best-in-class customer service to agents and clients
✔️ Resolve inquiries, process policy changes, and guide customers with confidence
✔️ Offer consultative support and educate on personal lines P&C coverage options
✔️ Handle written inquiries, billing adjustments, and payment plan updates
✔️ Work autonomously and contribute to a high-performing team
✔️ Participate in a rotating Saturday shift (9–5 PM EST) with flexible weekday availability (7 AM– 9:30 PM EST)
What You Bring
✅ Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
✅ 2+ years in Personal Lines or P&C roles
✅ Active Property & Casualty License or PL Producer License
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Comfort with virtual tools (Avaya, NICE, POS systems, etc.)
✅ Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
✅ A secure, hardwired internet connection (50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
