Responsibilities Educate families on income protection, debt elimination, and wealth-building concepts Offer customized life insurance and living-benefit solutions Build your own client base or agency using a turnkey system Work 100% remotely on your schedule What We Provide Step-by-step licensing support (for new agents) Mentorship from top producers and agency builders 30+ live trainings each week CRM, digital marketing, and onboarding tools Multiple income streams — personal, renewal, agency, and bonus pay Ownership of your book of business Who Thrives Here Self-motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial individuals Licensed agents seeking growth and leadership opportunities Aspiring agents ready to learn and get licensed Professionals from education, healthcare, sales, finance, real estate, or customer service backgrounds Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check. U.S. residents only. Compensation This is a commission-based 1099 role — not salaried employment. Your income reflects your effort and results. Part-Time: $40K–$75K avg.
