What You’ll Do

• Perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs.
• Prepare written work cost estimates and negotiate contracts.
• Weld small pipes or special piping using advanced techniques and equipment.
• Maintain rapport with customers by addressing complaints and suggesting improvements.
• Document service and installation actions accurately using SAWIN mobile and other forms.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with minimal callbacks.
• Complete special projects and perform other assigned duties.

What You Need to Succeed

• Ohio State License.
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Dexterity to operate hand and power tools commonly used in the field.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Capability to walk, stand, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, and reach in all directions.
• Maintain balance while working off the ground using ladders and scaffolds.
• Ability to work in high places and endure outdoor conditions.
• Ability to see and read with or without vision aids.
• Ability to hear and communicate effectively.
