The Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) position offers flexible opportunities for fully licensed mental health professionals to launch or grow their private practice through support from Headway. Therapists can conduct psychotherapy sessions and oversee medication management while benefiting from hassle-free insurance processing and marketing support to increase their caseload. This role allows for remote work, offering the freedom to set one's own hours and provide care either in-person or via telehealth.

Wage: Between $90-$120 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
• LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
