As a Tour Marketer at Live Nation Urban, you’ll be responsible for preparing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns for festivals and tours, driving brand awareness in collaboration with venues and regional marketers. The position also involves crafting press releases, supporting sponsorship fulfillment, and liaising with publicists and media for pre-show visibility—all while maintaining detailed oversight of campaign budgets and cultivating new marketing partnerships. Responsibilities include preparing and executing unique, comprehensive marketing and promotional campaigns for Live Nation Urban festivals and tours; working with venues and regional marketers to create brand awareness and marketing opportunities; creating, monitoring and adjusting advertising budgets; coordinating promotions and promotional inventory; buying media including radio, TV, print, outdoor and online; developing and implementing new online marketing strategies; cross-promoting relevant events; coordinating street team and grassroots marketing efforts; crafting, distributing and tracking press releases; creating and implementing ticketing promotions and programs; assisting in sponsorship program development and fulfillment; coordinating pre-show press with publicists and managers; tracking budgets throughout marketing campaigns and sales cycles; and setting up calls with new potential marketing partners. Requirements include 4-5 years experience in entertainment industry marketing, strong computer skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
