Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Loan Processor to focus on processing customer applications with the most current and up-to-date information. This role acts as a liaison between potential clients and our financial institution. The goal is to facilitate the timely acquisition of loans for qualified applicants while safeguarding our organization's reputation. The Loan Processor will be responsible for analyzing, updating and verifying loan applicant information. Must have reliable transportation. Requirements Requirements * Offering a $1,500 sign on bonus* As a Loan Processor, you will:

• Evaluate potential borrowers by thoroughly reviewing their applications using multiple software systems.
• Determine applicant loan eligibility.
• Communicate with customers to clarify application details.
• Finalize loan details and inform customers of associated rules and obligations.
• Maintain current knowledge of lending and other financial services.
• Create and update customer records.
• Identify customer needs and explore available loan options.

You will consistently operate within established regulations and legal requirements. • Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking, listening constantly
• Noise level: moderate noise level daily in an office atmosphere.
