We are a multidisciplinary team comprising data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and product managers, focused on delivering impactful, fast-paced solutions. What You'll Do Deploy machine learning and data science solutions to improve shopping experiences, product discovery, and vendor engagement. Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to develop models for ranking, relevance, and advertising solutions. Design, implement, test, and monitor new models to enhance product offerings. Publish research in leading ML/AI/Advertising conferences and establish best practices. Mentor junior scientists and ensure high standards in model performance. Deploy scalable solutions that increase customer engagement and value. Communicate research insights and proposals effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders. What You'll Need Advanced degree (M.S., PhD) in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent experience, or 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of advanced mathematics and data science methodologies. Experience building distributed pipelines, tuning, and evaluation. Proficiency with predictive models, linear programming, classification, search, ranking, or large-scale embeddings. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Bonus Experience in e-commerce or retail. Background in advertising systems. Experience with ML services in AWS (SageMaker, Personalize) or similar platforms.
